BEHIND FLINT & GOLD
Flint & Gold is a Nebraska creative studio led by Mikayla Teet. We make photography, film, campaigns and accessible communication that people can actually use.
Mikayla is a certified braille transcriber and fluent in American Sign Language. Those skills shape how the studio works: access, inclusion and clarity come first, not as a final check. The work spans brand and campaign strategy, design and copy, video, and grant writing and communications for nonprofits and mission-driven organizations.
Recent work includes an accessibility-forward website for WAGES, a summer work program for blind and low-vision youth, fundraising strategy and grant materials for a Lincoln nonprofit that connects professional immigrants with jobs, and award-winning campaign work (Best Tagline, AAF Nebraska Chili Challenge).
